Glowrova Partner ("Glowrova", "we", "our", "us") operates the partner.glowrova.in web and mobile application (the "Service") that lets salon owners manage bookings, services, staff, customers, and payments. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, password (hashed) when you sign up.
  • Salon data: salon name, address, city, services, staff, prices, and photos you upload.
  • Customer & booking data you enter or receive through Glowrova.
  • Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs.
  • Payment data: processed by our payment providers; we store only transaction metadata.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Verify partner applications and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Send transactional emails and notifications (bookings, payments, account updates).
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share limited data only with service providers who help us run Glowrova (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, analytics) and when required by law.

4. Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion at any time (see section 6).

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, row-level security on our database, and access controls. No system is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data by writing to us. To delete your account and all associated salon data, email us at the address below and we will action the request within 30 days.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
